Focus

Focus

“Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways (Proverbs 4:25).”

Definition: A central point, as of attraction, attention or activity (Dictionary.com)

Where we are headed is where we are going, and if we never quit, where we are going is where we will end up.  Moving forward in time doesn’t mean we always move forward in life. We will be self centered or God centered. If focused on self, we must bend our ways and manipulate the ways of others to pursue our ambition and avoid fearful things. If focused on God we yield to Him our fear, make Him our ambition and steadfastly reach the focus of our pointed aim through a straight path.

Prayers: We make You the center of our lives and family Lord. We acknowledge You as Maker, Designer, Savior, Lord and Guide.
We pray our child recognizes the importance of making You the main focus. Please help us bring a strength to that focus so it will become unwavering and straight.
Whenever fear or excitement come we pray our child does more than give You a nod for help or thanks, we pray You literally become the object of our child's gaze.
Thank You Lord, for Your help and Blessings.
